Sometimes it is necessary for the Computer Officers to temporarily make a service unavailable in order that maintenance may be performed. Where possible, we will announce such downtime two weeks in advance to the maths-users mailing list, to which all maths account holders are automatically subscribed. In general, we shall make our best efforts to schedule downtime outside of the core working day.
