Break Reminder Software
Our Linux machines have Workrave to help remind you to take regular breaks. Find it at Applications -> Accessories -> Workrave, or run workrave on the command line.
On Windows you can use "RSI prevention" from Start -> All Programs -> Maths Faculty Extra Programs. It will pop up each time you log into a Windows machine until you tell it not to.
Regular Breaks and Exercise are Good
