How To Opt Into / Out Of The University Email Directories

To opt into or out of the public online email directory (containing @cam addresses only), go to https://jackdaw.cam.ac.uk/cammail/

To change the privacy of your data stored in the University lookup database, including your email address, go to www.lookup.cam.ac.uk, visit your page and press Edit.

To hide your email address (or office number) on your department profile page contact your group/pavilion secretary if you are in DAMTP.   If you are in DPMMS contact the Head of Department's PA.
