Email addresses on web pages
People change the email address that appears on their webpage via this link.
They click on their name to enter the editor. They add/change the address by selecting the alias and department from the drop down list. They can add a new alias which must include their surname. If they have good reason to not have their surname in it then they must apply for it via their head of department or department secretary.

Person page
If a person wants to change their home page link on their person page, not have a person page or remove their email address, office number or phone number, they amend those details on the self service form.
If a person wants to change or have no photo on their person page they use the same form for that.
