There are four core courses which are designed to provide a linked introduction to High Energy Physics: Symmetries, Particles and Fields; Quantum Field Theory; Advanced Quantum Field Theory; and The Standard Model. The remaining courses extend these in various more specialized directions. A good understanding of the course Quantum Field Theory is essential for most of the other courses. The Standard Model course assumes knowledge of the course Symmetries, Particles and Fields.
