This reporting form sends anonymous feedback to all the following people:
- Director of Undergraduate Education
- Chair of the Teaching Committee
- Chair of the Equality, Diversity and Inclusivity Committee
Students may use this form to anonymously:
- Send feedback to course lecturers or supervisors
- Send feedback on general matters about the Tripos
- Report instances of inappropriate behaviour by staff or students that took place during Faculty organised teaching or events, and/or at the Centre of Mathematical Sciences.
It is not possible for us to reply to anonymous feedback, or to ask clarifying questions. Feedback is likely to be most useful if it is factual and presented in a constructive way.
If your feedback names a specific individual or group of individuals, it will be shared with those named parties at the discretion of the recipients listed above.
