This web form is for students who wish to send completely anonymous feedback to lecturers (or to supervisors). It will be received by the Director of Undergraduate Education and the Chair of the Teaching Committee, who will forward it to the relevant person. It is not possible to reply to anonymous feedback, or to ask clarifying questions, so if you use this form it is unlikely you will know the outcome.
If you would like a reply, you should instead e-mail feedback@maths.cam.ac.uk. The Chair of the Teaching Committee will then act as a go-between, anonymising your comment and forwarding it to the relevant person, and sending any reply or response to you. Your identity will be known only by the Chair of the Teaching Committee and the Director of Undergraduate Education.
