Research
Good conduct in research and academic integrity is expected of all students at all stages of their careers. It is expected that all students will abide by the principles set out in the following guidance, and you are encouraged to discuss matters with your supervisor or advisor if in any doubt.

Faculty Resources
The Betty and Gordon Moore Library - our spacious Maths library, with a variety of resources including meeting rooms, quiet spaces and raising desks. This library has also a dedicated Research Support Team.
The Maths IT team support staff, students and visitors to the CMS get the most out of the IT facilities. The maths IT helpdesk can be contacted on help@maths.cam.ac.uk.
Attending lectures and conferences
All postgraduate research students at Cambridge can attend any lectures on request (providing there is capacity). Lectures start on the first Thursday of term.
For Part III Maths courses, you may request access to the Moodle pages using the term link in the Guide to Courses page, and check when lectures are in the Faculty Lecture List.

Conference attendance and research visits: if you are planning to be absent from Cambridge you must inform your supervisor and the department of your plans. Students are required to submit a pre-travel application and Risk Assessment via the Peregrine Foresight system before leaving Cambridge. You will be automatically covered by the University's travel insurance policy when your Risk Assessment is approved within the system.
University Resources
The Accessibility & Disability Resource Centre (ADRC) provides confidential advice and support for all students.
Student Support Services support and empower students to fulfil their academic and personal potential (including mental health and wellbeing, disabled students, harassment and violence, academic and financial support).
Terms of Study (required Terms of Residence and Terms of Research to be of standing to submit your thesis)
The International Students Office provides support to students studying on a Student Visa. It is important that you understand the conditions attached to your visa and your responsibilities.
The Office of Student Conduct, Complaints and Appeals (OSCCA) provides procedural advice, case handling and oversight of a number of student procedures, including student discipline, complaints, examination reviews, reviews of certain decisions and capability to study.
Careers support for Masters students: their team can help you whether you have no idea what to do after Cambridge, a few ideas or a clear idea.
The Language Centre provides resources for language learning and runs several teaching programmes.

Training Resources
Find out about the Postgraduate Researcher Development (and their developmental framework). This programme has been designed specifically for PhD students, so the content (including terminology, structure and expectations) may not fully align with Master's-level needs; however, MPhil by Thesis students are welcome to attend the workshops if they feel they would benefit.
