Please note the Postgraduate Office team will be working remotely the week commencing Monday 22 December 2025. The Office will be closed for the Christmas holiday period from 12.30pm on Wednesday 24 December 2025 until 8.30am on Friday 2 January 2026.
The Faculty Postgraduate Office provides a shared administrative service for both DAMTP and DPMMS. The staff of the Postgraduate Office work with academic officers, as well as administrative colleagues across the University, to support the delivery of the Faculty's masters and doctoral level programmes. This support spans all aspects of postgraduate administration from recruitment and admissions through to examination and final award of the degree.
The Postgraduate Office is located in C0.15, just by the Pavilion C common room.
The Postgraduate Office Manager, Pilar Alonso, is based next-door in C0.14. Her email is grad-administrator@maths.cam.ac.uk
