Faculty of Mathematics

I am a mathematics PhD student supervised by Dr Jack Button at the University of Cambridge. My main interests currently are acylindrical hyperbolicity/arboreality and other properties of non-positive curvature. I am also increasingly interested in group cohomology and profinite groups.

I completed my MMath at the University of Warwick supervised by Dr Robert Kropholler, with a project on Random group theory and property FA.

My personal website (www.wdcohen-math.com, also linked to the right) is kept more up to date, and includes a list of publications and a recent CV.
