I was born and raised in Hong Kong.
I studied for a BSc in actuarial science between 2011 and 2014 at the University of Hong Kong, and wrote a thesis on a perturbation of Wishart process. I then came to Cambridge for Part III of the Mathematics Tripos to pursue my interest, and did an essay on Gaussian multiplicative chaos.
Areas of interest
I am primarily interested in probability and its intersections with other branches of mathematics, and currently focusing on random matrices and Gaussian multiplicative chaos. I am also interested in mathematical statistics.
Outside of mathematics, I like classical music and my favourite composer is Rachmaninov. I also enjoy playing Japanese Mahjong.
