Náboj is a fast-paced, problem-solving international maths competition for teams of five students representing their schools, designed to promote mathematical ability, inventiveness, ingenuity and teamwork.

About Náboj

The Náboj competition involves solving problems of varying levels of difficulty, and is designed to give an opportunity to apply your mathematical knowledge to solve a range of interesting and challenging problems. It encourages and rewards teamwork and co-operation, and provides an exciting and fun opportunity to test and stretch your problem-solving skills.

Teams compete in two categories: Juniors (corresponding in the UK to Y10 and Y11) and Seniors (Y12 and Y13).

The last few years took place online, with over a thousand teams participating in 2022. Náboj 2023 will take place live in person on 21st April, in 22 cities across 11 countries, including Cambridge and Glasgow in the UK.
