The University of Cambridge Faculty of Mathematics runs two undergraduate courses
- Undergraduate Mathematics, the Mathematics Tripos
- The undergraduate course, called the Mathematical Tripos, is a three-year or a four-year course.
- Mathematics for Natural Sciences Tripos (NST)
- Knowledge of mathematics is essential for all scientists; it is the language with which we formulate theories and natural laws and express our ideas. The Natural Sciences Tripos (NST) includes courses in mathematics; all students study mathematics in the first year (IA) and many choose to study mathematics in the second year (IB).
