## Research

Michalis is a member of the Kavli Institute for Cosmology in Cambridge and the Department of Applied Mathematics and Theoretical Physics, in the *Relativity and Gravitation* research group. He is also an active member of the LIGO - Virgo Collaboration. His current research is focused on the study of gravitational waves, the nature of spacetime, gravity and matter.
