Research
Adrien is part of the Environmental and Industrial Fluid Dynamics research group and works in the G. K. Batchelor Laboratory. His current research is funded by the Natural Environment Research Council (NERC) and focuses on turbulent mixing in stratified shear flows, like those found in estuaries. His goal is to better understand the small-scale physics of mixing, particularly between freshwater and saltwater, which plays a crucial role in a range of environmental flows important to society.
